Non Slam Check Valve

Non-slam check valves use spring-assisted closure to prevent the disc slam that causes water hammer when conventional swing check valves close after pump trip. AFC Valves EU supplies axial-flow nozzle check valves and tilting-disc check valves engineered for low closure time and minimal pressure surge. Sized DN50 to DN1200, PN10 to PN40, with stainless trims and ductile iron or carbon steel bodies. Recommended for pump-discharge service, surge-sensitive networks, and high-head transmission mains.
